Organized by LSC Logistics & Supply Chain Club – National Economics University, “LogiChain” is the first Logistics & Supply Chain Case Study Award competition in the North for students nationwide. The contest is sponsored by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), the Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA) and the Institute of International Trade & Economics – National Economics University.
After a journey of more than 07 months with many challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the “LogiChain 2021” contest has flexibly switched to online format but still proved its attraction with more than 140 teams, corresponding to more than 500 contestants. By making an effort to materialize a professional, unique and practical playground, “LogiChain” has the desire to gradually contribute to improving the quality of Vietnam Logistics human resources.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Final Night, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – Deputy Director of Agency of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry and Trade; Honorary President of the (VALOMA) commented: “The COVID-19 pandemic has given us the opportunity to realize the importance of the Logistics & Supply Chain industry to the national economy as well as the training of high quality, dynamic and creative human resources to meet the rigorous requirements of the industry.”
Mr. Tran Thanh Hai emphasized that “LogiChain 2021” has been successfully fulfilling its mission of finding talented and promising factors for the Logistics and Supply Chain industry in Vietnam in the future, and at the same time providing a useful and practical playground for young people who are passionate about the industry to freely presen innovative and breakthrough ideas in the process of operating Logistics in the country.

Participated in the role of evaluation in the Final Night are 04 highly experienced judges, to which are Mr. Tran Chi Dung – Founder of Global Logistics Management Institute (GLI); Mr. Tran Van Nung – Country Logistics Director at Schneider Electric Vietnam; Mr. Quang Le Trong Bang – Head of Supply Chain at Cargill Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dat – Supply Planning Manager at FrieslandCampina Vietnam (FCV).

With 03 dramatic contests lasting nearly 5 hours – Quiz in the form of Gamification, Short Case Study Award, and Grand Strategy Case Study Award – the highest place of the “LogiChain 2021” contest has officially obtained by the BLACK SWANS team. Runner-up award named team RANDOMEE. At the same time, the Quy Quan Award went to two teams LOGICHICKS and TO SOMETHING.
