Individual Members

With the purpose of gathering individuals and organizations who share the same pespectives and goals of developing Vietnam’s logistics sector, the Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development has built a nationwide membership network step by step, and organized many valuable activities as well as created connections between members.

On the date of establishment on April 30, 2021, according to the Decision No. 568/QD-BNV of the Minister of Home Affairs, VALOMA attracted 89 new members, of which 70 are individual members. The year 2021 was a turbulent year due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which makes the Association’s deployment activities more difficult. However, by 2021, the number of members rose significantly, compared to the data of the year 2020, from 89 to 209 members, with 147 individual members. By the end of June 2022, the Association has added 92 new members, and the total has increased to 301 members, including 222 individuals (accounting for 74% of the total).

If divided by geographical area, VALOMA’s individual members are distributed in all three regions of Vietnam. The figures of members who are individuals in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions are 134 members (60% of the total), 66 (30% of the total), 22 members (10% of the total), respectively. Those numbers will definitely go up rapidly in the near future along with the strong development of the logistics field in particular and the Vietnamese economy in general.
