Our vision is to become a professional and trustworthy organization connecting relevant individuals and organizations; in order to increase effectiveness, to widen the scope of education, to develop high-quality human resources in logistics, and to meet the demand for global integration in Vietnam’s logistics sector.
MISSION
The mission of VALOMA is to unite and leverage the strength of organizations and individuals who share a common desire to develop the logistics human resources in Vietnam through innovative management, distinctive and highly efficient professional services. We place our members at the core and aim to enhance the quality of logistics human resources.
GOAL
Our goal is to improve the logistics human resource developing process in Vietnam, which will contribute to the continuously fast and resilient growth in Logistics sectors, to follow government’s orientation, to widen the scale and enhance the quality of Logistics human resources to meet the labor market needs.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is “Develop human resources – Build the future”. We build strong relationships with authorities, other associations, and both local and foreign partners to boost member engagement – foundation for the solidity of Association
