Based on Decision 54/QĐ-BCH dated July 9th, 2022 of Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development regarding the establishment of the VALOMA Scholarship Fund;
Based on Decision 55/QĐ-BCH dated July 9th, 2022 of Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development regarding the issuance of regulations for the approval of the VALOMA Scholarship and the management of the VALOMA Scholarship Fund;
Based on Decision 56/QĐ-BCH dated July 12th, 2022 of Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development regarding the establishment and appointment of personnel to the VALOMA Scholarship Fund Management Board;
The VALOMA Scholarship Fund Management Board announces the Scholarship Consideration Plan for the year 2023, with specific details as follows:
- PURPOSE, REQUIREMENTS
– Notify students from educational institutions across the country about the evaluation plan of the VALOMA Scholarship for students in the year 2023, provided by the VALOMA Scholarship Fund.
– Introduce, foster exchange, and create a positive image for the VALOMA Scholarship – a scholarship awarded to students of VALOMA members who excel in their academic studies and research in logistics and supply chain management, or who demonstrate exceptional effort in pursuing their studies under challenging circumstances.
– Recognize and reward outstanding academic performance in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM), nurture, support, and contribute to the development of the country’s logistics workforce.
– Promote the VALOMA Scholarship Fund to interested sponsoring companies.
- PLAN
– Aug 1st – Aug 5th, 2023: Send official letters to educational institutions nationwide (note that these institutions must be members of VALOMA)
– Sep 1st – Sep 30th, 2023: Receive scholarship applications for Valoma from students at educational institutions
– Oct 1st – Oct 30th, 2023: Organize the evaluation and selection of Valoma scholarships for students
– Nov 11th, 2023: Conduct the scholarship award ceremony for Valoma scholarship recipients in Ho Chi Minh City (in conjunction with the finals of the Vietnam Young Logistics Talent Competition 2023)
